Sigh. I found out that more and more people are leaving MJC because it's too stressful. That made me reconsider my decision to come to MJC. I don't like the fact that more and more of my leisure time are now devoted to mugging and doing other school things. Maybe I'm too lazy.. However, I don't want to make my efforts I have put in the past 7 months to go to waste. I have heard somewhere that giving up is for losers but you are even a bigger loser if you don't know your limits and throw in the towel early and continue to waste your time and efforts on a futile end. Thus, I have made my decision. Just a bit more than 1 year to go. I will remain and try my best but if I ever got retained, I am leaving MJC. Hmm.. Thus, this year, I am going to put in my very best now. No more slacking every day, mug more. Just 1 more year to go. I am going to get promoted!! Yeah!

As my project topic is on social networking, I did a lot of research on it and found a lot of interesting things. Isn't this amazing? The stanford university is having a course on Facebook, the popular social networking site. It's like holding an arcade class where you learn how to play games, like CME lesson asking you not to study, like teachers now are encouraging us to learn less, play more. I would love to enrol in such a course but too bad I do not have the money to go overseas and study in stanford.

There are also something that I found that really disgusts me. The opposite of Facebook, friendster? Enemybook, hatebook, snubster. These are sites which you can 'enemy' people, alienate people or become friends with enemies of your enemies. You can upload blackmail or lies on these sites. Sure, you can hate somebody but this? This is so extreme!
